Spa, Return & Refund Policies
Effective Date: January 1st, 2022
Cancellation Policy
Canceling/rescheduling less than 48 hours prior to any appointment or consultation will result in a non-refundable cancellation fee of $50 for a 30-minute appointment and a $100 fee for every 1-hour appointment.
Late Policy
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you are subject to a late cancellation fee of $50 and will have to be rescheduled.
No-Show Policy
Not showing up to any appointment or consultation OR calling to cancel or reschedule at or after your appointment time will result in a non-refundable no-show/missing appointment fee of $50 for a 30-minute appointment and a $100 fee for every 1-hour appointment.
Refund Policy
All sales of products are returnable in “New” condition in original packaging within 30-days of purchase. If purchased with a gift card or credit card, refund will be returned to that form of payment. If purchase was made with cash or received as a gift, the refund will be in the form of an Orenda gift card, unless otherwise arranged. A receipt is required for proof of purchase. All sales of services, packages, and membership are final. Under no circumstances are any services or payments made refundable.
Single Session or Packages are non refundable and are non-transferable to another person or body part or service.
Any attempt to transfer a service will result in forfeiture of the paid service and you will not be entitled to a refund.
